Warranty

  1. For specific warranty details and parts covered, please refer to the individual product details page.
  2. During warranty, parts will be provided FREE of charge. However, customers will have to pay for shipping.
  3. Customers have to provide and pay for their own labor to perform the replacement of parts and/or repairs. A local handyman can be hired, or it can be brought to a local bicycle, motorbike or wheelchair repair shop.
